Even under the hardest conditions – ZENO shredders ZTLL and ZTLLK type always work reliably.
They are the leading multi-input- shredders in the market due to many robust construction details and options, e.g. unlocking safety coupling, counter-knife fold-in device for machine.
Protection from foreign bodies, discharge by hydraulic screen flaps and cutting gap adjustment. Full steel rotors, steel flange bearings and multiple-use cutting inserts on force-fit mounted tool holders are obligatory. Both series are manufactured with working widths from 400 mm up to 5.000 mm and a throughput capacity of 0,1t/h up to 30t/h for all particle sizes. The machine weight can have from 1 t up to 50 t.
