Fully automatic opening and dosing

The ZENO Bag Opener ZSA for fully automatic opening and dosing of valve bags, bags for collected recyclable plastics and bag-in-bag-fractions is equipped with a dosing drum holding axially moving ripping pins which effectively prevent wrapping or lodging of the material.

On the upper side of the ZENO Bag Opener is arranged a number of hydraulically pre-tensioned ripping bars capable to give way on the impact of major foreign objects.

When the ripping bars are hydraulically folded out the ZENO Bag Opener can be used as a pure dosing unit.

    Available working widths:

    • from 1.000 up to 2.000 mm
    • Drive controlled by frequency converter
